We must not return to the noose refers to the hanging of different types of injustice and is referring to the hanging and misjudged people. it is so that because of this we can accidentely charge an innocent man and there wouldn't be anyway to bring him back after the fact that he or she is dead.
As a teenager i don't see why we even had to hang people at all. But as a Mature Adult i see that hanging is totally injustice. I do not agree with it by any means...
